Our Foundation Learning department provides a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where young people like you can develop essential skills for greater independence, employment, and participation in the wider community.
We recognise that every learner is unique, and our dedicated staff tailor the curriculum to meet your individual needs. With expert guidance and support, we help you achieve your full potential. We also work closely with multi-agency teams and in partnership with your parents or carers to ensure a holistic approach to your education. Our goal is to empower you to take responsibility and develop as much independence as possible.
At the heart of our approach is a strong learning community where you are our priority. Our curriculum is designed to equip you with the skills needed for all aspects of life. Through our on-site coffee shop, you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, communication, money management, and employability skills. We also offer a fully equipped independent living flat, complete with a kitchen, lounge, and bedroom, where you can learn essential daily living skills—whether to support your family at home, live with assistance, or move towards independent living.
