Reminder of College Access Protocol

 

Dear SHSFC Community,

As we enter the new year, we are republishing our site access protocol as a refresher for our community. Please read the points below so that you are fully aware of our protocol.

Student Access to College

  • The front gate opens at 8.20am for students to enter the college.

  • Students cannot gain entry to the college after 2.45pm.

  • Students cannot access the college on days they do not have lessons or enrichment. 

  • Students with free periods between lessons can access the college study zones between lessons. 

  • Students leaving the site between lessons will need to ensure they are back before the gates close at 2.45pm.

  • On days when enhanced security arrangements are conducted, your teachers will be notified, so this does not negatively affect your attendance/punctuality.
